Just a few dumb questions: is anyone aware of any US move to accelerate satellite surveillance on Iraq, esp. in the heavy combat areas? Doesn’t it make sense to have real time video overhead to track vehicles implicated in a bombing? The Brits have their entire country wired for video. It’s such a no brainer, launch a special satellite if you have to, to maintain a geocentric orbit and let the video feed do its thing. Please enlighten me if this is a dumb idea.
